Job Description

Our client is seeking an organized and personable individual for their busy, and growing, financial services office. This position is somewhat flexible in hours, and there may be needs to travel between their other local offices from time to time. If you desire a position that combines many facets of administrative work with extensive customer service -this may be the position you are looking for!

In this role you will be working with clients on a daily basis in a small-office setting where everyone does whatever job needs to be done. You will be assisting with scheduling, answering phones to assist customers, preparing documents, processing documents, utilizing Excel, Word, and Outlook on a regular basis, and will have a proactive / "just get the job done, and done right" mentality. Your professional and courteous nature will directly reflect the quality service that the agency is already known for.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in the MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), will be bi-lingual, will be highly organized, and will be exceptional communicators who are interested in providing the best customer experience possible.

Pay starts between $16 - $18/hour.
